Hello everyone and welcome to the newest media outlet of the Aerobodies & Equilibrium Companies...The MyEquilibriumCoach blog (MEC).    We are quite excited about this new media edition, because it will give you our readers, clients, customers and the public at large a wider view into what goes on behind the scenes each week at these two dynamically different organizations.  Plus this blog will really give our CEO, Fran Bishop, as well as many other members of our team the chance to really sound off on what's new in our industry of health and fitness.  We'll also give a bit more perspective on fads, gadgets, equipment, products and real issues that relate to the state of medical and healthcare in the US. 

Many of the posts that you'll read here at the MEC blog may or may not relate directly to our industry or our company.  One thing is for sure, the entries are sure to spark conversation and rich discussion because we ALL have an opinion.  Especially ME...Fran Bishop, the author of this entry!
