BURN FAT THE EASY WAY….DANCE! DANCE! DANCE!

I don’t know about you, but I never thought about losing weight when I was in college.  In fact, I had no concerns with my weight back then whatsoever!  Why?  Well, for one thing I was more active - walking all over campus.  But for another…I loved to dance.  There was always something going on… and if I wasn’t out dancing, I was definitely doing it around the house or my room.  It was fun, easy and a great feeling.
